10x18 Garden Oasis Tool Shed in Beavercreek, OH

Sunrise Structures recently delivered and set up a 10′ x 18′ Garden Oasis Tool Shed on Rockledge Trail in Beavercreek, Ohio. This is one of the most customized and thoughtfully designed builds we’ve delivered — finished in Aged White Duratemp siding with Chestnut trim and a brown metal roof on a 7/12 pitch, it matches the Utility Shed Elite delivered to the same property and looks like it was always meant to be there. The 8’6″ right-side porch adds real outdoor living space, and the Butternut fiberglass door with 9-lite glass, classic corbels, and seven Butternut flower boxes give the exterior a genuine garden aesthetic that goes well beyond a standard shed. Inside, the building is divided into two sections with a 4.5′ custom opening between rooms — one side configured as a greenhouse with multiple combo windows, the other as a more enclosed office or workspace with full wall and floor spray foam insulation throughout. Multiple shelving configurations were built in as well. It’s a versatile, well-appointed structure that functions as much as a backyard retreat as it does a working outbuilding.
