10x20 Utility Shed Elite in Beavercreek, OH

Sunrise Structures recently delivered and set up a 10′ x 20′ Utility Shed Elite on Rockledge Trail in Beavercreek, Ohio. This is one of the more detailed Elite-series builds we’ve put together — finished in Aged White Duratemp siding with Chestnut trim and a brown metal roof on a steep 7/12 pitch, it has a warm, cottage-like character that stands out from a typical storage shed. The Butternut door color on both the 6′ double doors with 4-lite windows and the 3′ single door with 4-lite panel adds rich contrast against the light siding, and two 2×4 combo aluminum windows with brown frames bring in plenty of natural light along the sides. Butternut flower boxes, classic corbels, and colored window frames round out the exterior details, giving it a finished, intentional look throughout. Inside, a back loft measuring 9’8.5″ x 4′ and a 6′ ramp complete the package. It’s a building that was clearly thought through from top to bottom.
