This 14′ x 12′ Utility Shed Value we delivered on S U.S. Hwy 131 in Three Rivers, Michigan is another commercial build for the same customer as our Rochester location — and this one came with a few interesting custom requests. The orientation is flipped from the standard layout, running 14 feet wide and 12 deep, which gives it a broader front face and a slightly different feel than the typical footprint. Aged White T-111 siding with a Burnished Slate metal roof keeps it looking clean and consistent with their other building. The stacked double loft configuration is the same approach — a full loft at the rear with a second loft directly below it at 36 inches, which effectively creates two levels of organized back storage while keeping the main floor completely clear. Runners were added the full length of the building to allow transport without a wide load permit, which is a practical detail worth noting for anyone who might need to move a building in the future.
