14x24 Gable Garage Elite in Rochester, IN

Sunrise Structures recently delivered and set up a 14′ x 24′ Gable Garage Elite on 600 North in Rochester, Indiana. This is a heavily customized Elite-series garage finished in black Duratemp siding with white trim and a steep 7/12 black metal roof — a bold, high-contrast look that makes a strong visual impression. The build includes a 9’x7′ carriage house panel garage door, a 3′ single wooden door with a transom window, three aluminum windows with butternut wooden shutters, and a classic arched vent. Inside, the floor joists were upgraded to 12″ spacing and the floor received 1″ polyurethane spray foam insulation, adding a level of durability and comfort that sets it apart from a standard garage build. A back loft measuring 13’1″ x 4′ adds useful overhead storage as well. It’s a well-thought-out structure built for someone who wanted more than just a place to park a car.
