Sunrise Structures recently delivered and set up an 8′ x 12′ Lofted Barn Pro on South Arnold Street in South Bend, Indiana. This is a pre-owned Pro-series build finished in white Duratemp siding with black trim and a black metal roof — a bold, high-contrast look that gives the classic gambrel barn silhouette a clean, modern edge. Despite its compact 8′ width, it makes smart use of the space with both a front and back loft, each 8′ x 4′, adding meaningful overhead storage across the full width of the building. The 6′ double wooden doors with arched trim and a 2×3 aluminum window round out a well-equipped little structure that punches above its size.
