I stopped and visited a couple of their offsite locations in Kokomo and Rochester just out of curiosity and was impressed with the use of real plywood and the quality of the building materials. When it came time to purchase a storage shed, I drove to their manufacturing site north of Rochester. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and were able to locate what I wanted as I didn't want to wait for them to custom build my shed. Delivery was scheduled in a short period of time as well. The delivery driver, Bailey, and his assistant were friendly and went out of their way to place the structure where I wanted it. We had a utility shed built by Sunrise Structures and it was a flawless process. Once we picked out what we wanted we ordered it through Rodney. A few weeks later Wayne showed up to prepare the site with a bed of limestone. He did a nice job making sure it was all level. Two days ago Bailey delivered our shed. It came on a large flatbed and he had a machine that took it off the flatbed and carefully placed it on the prepared site. He was almost done and just about to straighten the shed out when his machine died. He couldn't get it start and apologized completely. He proceeded to straighten our shed out perfectly by using only a portable jack and his ingenuity. He checked everything inside the shed making sure it was completely level. I was very impressed. He then touched up any spots that needed it and showed me how he was attaching the ramps. Bailey was very thorough in explaining everything about the shed while continuing to apologize. I told him it was not his fault and complemented him about how he remedied the situation. We are extremely happy with the construction and appearance of the shed and very pleased with the work and cooperation from all the employees involved. We highly recommend Sunrise Structures if you want a well built shed and excellent customer service.

I just ordered my Garden Oasis Shed and my experience could not have been better. Rodney was helpful to guide me through the process of all of the features offered with patience and professionalism. After doing research, I asked a lot of questions. At every turn my expectations were exceeded. I contacted many potential shed builders in the Chicago, Lake Geneva and Milwaukee area before I found Sunrise Structures in Rochester, Indiana. So many of the other companies either did not follow through or the quality of the shed was lacking. I was happy to learn that for a delivery fee Sunrise Structures was able to deliver my structure even though I did not live close to their company. Thank you Sunrise Structures ❤️

Everyone on the team was awesome. I enjoyed being able to build the shed with the builder tool online, and Rodney helped match colors and shingles to match my house. Kevin made scheduling easy and worked around our hectic schedule. Wayne came and did site prep, and did a great job. Took the time to mind our underground dog fence and yard, and made an awesome pad. Bailey delivered the shed, and again paid attention to the yard, you can hardly tell they were here. And I was not home for any of it. We got our new shed delivered today!! I had an excellent experience with Sunrise Structures! Rodney was wonderful from the start—he helped me compare layouts, pricing, and shelving options, and made the process easy and enjoyable. The turnaround was fast, pricing beat local and big box stores, and I loved the personal touches like choosing my own colors, shelving and roof. I worked with JJ in sales through several design changes for a 14'x40' shed. However, I ended up purchasing a shed that was on a local lot from JJ. I went with option 2 for the site prep. Wayne and his crew did a great job of leveling the location in the wooded area. Removing a large tree root and filling an adjacent low spot with the excessive dirt. Bailey Small did an outstanding job getting the shed moved down a narrow 200' wooden and uneven path. Progress was stopped a couple of times to widen the path. Bailey was able to get the shed squarely placed on the gravel pad even though the surrounding ground is very soft. The structure held up well despite the difficulties of the transportation to its new location.

We have some established shed companies up here in SW Michigan, but we chose Sunrise Structures after looking through their detailed brochure and talking with them on the phone. We were able to design our shed online while talking to them on the phone while doing it. Their prices were right in line with the other manufacturers but the quality of the build really sets them apart. The people we dealt with were extremely friendly and professional. We would highly recommend them !

From our first phone call to Chris here in Michigan to then working with Monroe at Sunrise Structures, the experience was such a pleasure! We had some customizations and they did exactly what we wanted. We even visited the company headquarters and we were so impressed. Delivery of the greenhouse went so smoothly. The delivery driver Josh, skillfully placed it exactly where we wanted it. Communication was so easy with everyone. We still need to add the skirt boards and landscape it in but that will be easy to do.We highly recommend Sunrise Structures!

Rodney was so easy to work with in designing our chicken coop. He understood our vision when we made some changes to the original design and got it done quicker than when we expected. Kevin was also very easy to work with when it came to delivering our coop. We can’t thank him enough for stopping back by and moving it into it permanent spot after we got the foundation set.
