10x16 Utility Shed Elite in Middlebury, IN

Sunrise Structures recently delivered and set up a 10′ x 16′ Utility Shed Elite on Ponderosa Path in Middlebury, Indiana. This build features custom CT221 Slate 6″ lap siding with white trim and a Driftwood shingle roof on a steep 7/12 pitch — a combination that gives it a clean, house-like appearance. The front entry uses a 6’x6′ roll-up garage door alongside a 9-lite fiberglass door, two aluminum windows, and a back loft measuring 9’8.5″ x 4′. Full site prep and a 6′ ramp were included. It’s a versatile, well-finished structure that works just as well as a workshop as it does a storage shed.
