12x20 Lofted Garden Shed Pro in Scotts, MI

Sunrise Structures recently delivered and set up a 12′ x 20′ Lofted Garden Shed Pro on 26th Street South in Scotts, Michigan. This is a striking build — finished in Marea Baja Duratemp siding with black trim and a black metal roof, the deep teal-blue color against the all-black accents gives it a bold, contemporary look that stands out on any property. The gambrel roofline puts the full footprint to work, with both a front and back loft each measuring 11’2″ x 4′, creating a substantial amount of overhead storage across the length of the building. The 6′ double doors feature 4-lite windows, two 2×3 aluminum windows with black frames bring in natural light along the sides, and a double-layer plywood floor adds extra durability underfoot. Full site prep and a 6′ wooden ramp were included to make the installation complete and ready to use from day one. It’s a well-built, visually distinctive structure with plenty of room to grow into.
