14x24 Gable Casita Elite in Syracuse, IN

This 14′ x 24′ Gable Casita Elite we delivered on N 500 E in Syracuse, Indiana is one of the more ambitious builds we’ve done. The Casita series is in a category of its own — it’s designed to function as actual living or working space, not just storage — and this one was built out accordingly. All-Charcoal Gray Duratemp with a black metal roof and a steep 7/12 roof pitch gives it a bold, dramatic look from the outside. The porch with Butternut accents adds a welcoming touch that breaks up the dark exterior nicely. Inside, the 14′ dormer window bank across the roofline brings in a significant amount of natural light, and between the front and back lofts, there’s a lot of usable overhead space. Three sets of double doors, a fiberglass entry door with sidelite windows, and multiple aluminum windows throughout make this feel more like a small cabin than anything you’d typically call a shed. It’s a serious building for someone who had a clear vision of what they wanted.
