8x12 Utility Shed Pro in Waterloo, IN

Sunrise Structures recently delivered and set up a 10′ x 12′ Utility Shed Pro on South Franklin Street in Waterloo, Indiana. This Pro-series build is finished in Marea Baja Duratemp siding with white trim and a charcoal metal roof — a rich teal-blue color that stands out and gives the building a lot of personality. The 7’7″ sidewall height adds generous headroom inside, and the 6′ double wooden doors with arched trim paired with a 2×3 aluminum window make for a welcoming, well-lit entry. A back loft measuring 9’8″ x 4′ rounds out the interior with additional overhead storage. It’s a well-appointed shed that’s as good-looking as it is functional.
