At Sunrise Structures, we understand that proper site prep is essential for a smooth installation process and overall building maintenance over time. Making sure the foundation is well-prepared will provide a solid base to support your new Sunrise Structure.

Site Prep

Proper shed site prep is the key to protecting your investment and extending the life of your building. What We Offer

Option 1: (Above Ground)

We spread a 4–5 inch layer of quality limestone directly on top of the ground, then compact and level it to create a solid, stable surface. This simple and effective method keeps your shed well-supported, allows for good drainage, and provides a reliable base at a lower cost.

Option 2: (Ground Level)

For this option, we dig out 4–5 inches of soil and build a sturdy 4×4 treated lumber perimeter. The framed area is then filled with limestone, compacted, and leveled to create a strong, clean, and well-defined foundation. This method offers excellent drainage, prevents shifting, and gives your shed a professional, finished look in your yard.
