We’ll handle the repairs if you experience problems with windows, doors, leaks, or other workmanship defects. We stand behind the quality of our structures when they leave the lot, and we’ll continue warranty-covered repairs for your building for 10 years.
Comprehensive Coverage
Warranties can feel elusive, offering the bare minimum for a product you’ve purchased. At Sunrise, we call our 10-year warranty the “Total Trust” warranty, and we stand behind it.
With the Total Trust 10-year Warranty, the workmanship and quality of your shed are covered top to bottom. We cover any quality problems you encounter with siding, roofing, doors, windows, decks, and additional features. Our warranty does not cover misuse, improper upkeep of your building, or natural damage.

What Makes the Difference
We don’t operate like many other shed builders who hire sub-contractors for their work. All our work is done by the same crew, which makes for a seamless transition between each stage of your shed building and installation. We use good old-fashioned construction for each of our outdoor structures, plywood framing, painted siding, and quality metal or shingle roofing.
Once your shed is delivered, we’ll give you a call three days later to ensure every step of the process is seamless and satisfactory.
