Production
Our building process operates on a “first come, first serve” basis, meaning the production timeline varies quite a bit throughout our busy or slow seasons. From the time you place your order to delivery is only 4-8 weeks.
Something we do differently from other shed builders is assembling all our sheds in-house (we never sub out any of our work!). All our production is done by hand, so you can tell we care just as much about each detail as you do.
Starting Production
While we have many sales locations across Indiana and Michigan, all our production happens at our main Rochester location.
Once your order is submitted, each storage shed, pavilion, barn, cabin, or studio is carefully crafted by hand to ensure the longevity and durability of your design.
From assembly to our paints and stains, every part of your outdoor structure is completed in-house by our production crew.
Our outdoor structure production is not an overnight process, but we believe your carefully finished storage shed design is worth the wait!
Finishing Production
Good customer service doesn’t end once you’ve placed your order.
After our production crew has finished your outdoor structure, your building or pavilion is taken outside to photograph.
We email photos of your completed design before delivery, so you can rest assured that we’ve gotten every detail correct.
From there, you’ll be contacted by our delivery department, meaning your shed is on the way!

If you want to get a picture of what your outdoor structure or storage shed can look like, then designing in 3D is a great place to start.
Our 3D Builder gives you the opportunity to view your design from all sides, allowing you to add or remove windows, doors, and accent features.
With the 3D Designer, you can:
- Choose from 17 siding colors and 14 metal roofing colors (or 3 shingles colors)
- Select window styles plus single or double doors
- Create a floor plan from 8’ wide to 40’ long depending on the shed style and shed series
